Count the disbursement day, reverse repayments, waive fees before payout
- New "count the disbursement day" switch for day-based products
- Repayments can be reversed, rolling back the allocation automatically
- Waive fees by type (handling, service…) before disbursement
- Calendar-exact due dates: month and year products land on the same day next month / year
- Unified rule: overdue counts as day 1, with penalties and fees starting together
