Per-tenant service control and more post-loan actions
- The platform console can switch services on or off per tenant
- "Cancel disbursement" on the disbursement page
- "Waive overdue and confirm repayment" on the overdue list
- Extensions now update schedule due dates and restore overdue checks
- Renewal filters: settled but not renewed / not renewed
